  1. This document sets out Lilium Nest’s [UEN No. 53490431M] (hereinafter, “we”, “our” or “us”) website privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) in respect of users of the website https://liliumnest.com (“Site”). 

  2. By using the Site and / or any services provided by us and / or purchasing any products from us and / or providing us with any of your Personal Data, you indicate that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to, this Privacy Policy.  

  3. “Personal Data” has the meaning under section 2(1) of the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) as amended from time to time.
